I delight in you!

Me: Good morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning and for giving me this new day. Thank you Lord, for you gift of life and consciousness, for making us in your own image. Help us to live lives in the image of your divine nature, and to reflect your love into the world around us. I love you Lord.

Lord: Good morning son. Thank you for joining us this morning and for spending this precious time with us. Yes, I gave you life and consciousness, so that we could enjoy each others' company, and build a real relationship together. Life is the most precious gift I gave to man, and it really hurt me and continues to hurt me when, from the very first generation of man, murder entered the scene. The taking of life, whether it is outright murder or abortion or self defence, hurts me and is abhorrent to me. There are enough causes of death in the world today that cause pain and grief, without adding murder.

I gave mankind life, so that we, man and I, could walk together and commune together and enjoy a great relationship. As beloved children, I envisaged man walking hand-in-hand with man, and working together to achieve all sorts of great and exciting things. Yes even exploring the stars and the greatness of the universe, I made for your enjoyment. However, I cannot allow you to take sin and wickedness out to the stars as well. For this reason I have put a barrier around the Earth, to contain the sin and destruction man has wrought on my beloved creation.

I am now concentrating on a move of my Spirit, that will turn the hearts of the disobedient to the forgiveness and purity that I am offering. Man doesn't deserve it! But I love him so much I want him to turn to me and be healed and restored. So I have determined to make this gift an act of grace and to pour out my riches upon man, and bear the cost myself.  To have allowed man to walk the way of sin has been incredibly costly for me. I know you can only begin to comprehend the pain and the cost to me. But it will be worth all that I have suffered, when sinful mankind is clothed with the righteousness of Jesus, and stands before my throne, of his own free will, to ask if he can be taught to love Me as I love him. Yes, I want man to want to love Me, not because he fears the consequences of not loving Me, but because he is excited by the prospect of being close to Me and us being in love.

Many people fear being in love, because their picture and experience of, 'love' is distorted by sin. The longing of My heart is that they will experience and be thrilled by true love, and will come running into my arms. Finding, experiencing, and being in true love, requires a positive turning away from the previous life of self, sin, greed and lust, and a turning to me. It requires tears of repentance, and sufficient openness to hear My words of comfort and forgiveness. It requires a desire to change and become like Me.

When I made mankind, I also created family, which reflects the relationship I have with the the Father Creator, the Saving Son and the empowering Holy Spirit. We are so different, yet we are so much the same. There is a harmony between us that knows no boundaries. Our love for one another is perfect. This is the pattern we have for the family of mankind. So I placed within the relationship of man and woman, children, who grow up in the safety, security and love of that relationship, and become like their parents, yet unique individuals. In a loving family, children are keen to be like their parents, who they admire and loves. And parents are thrilled by their children's likeness to themselves, and their individuality. I am a true Father and delight in your likeness to me, and the individuality I have built into you.

I love your company. I love doing things with you. I love our conversations together. I love to see the delight on your face as you discover new things about my creation. I delight in your achievements. You are my beloved children and I love you.

Haul Away!

Me: Good morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning and for this new day you have made. I love you Lord.

Lord: Good morning son. Welcome to the club this morning. Thank you for joining us and walking with us this morning. We love you too.

The net is laid on the ground, spread out like a great sheet. The fisherman is walking around it examining it for breaks and frays. When he sees a weakness he gets on hands and knees with needle and twine to mend and reinforce. His fingers work expertly and quickly, and before long you will not be able to see where the break was. The net is clean and strong and ready for the casting.

The fisherman calls, and from the dunes other men rise and gather round, then together they wade into the sea. The net is cast far into the deep. After a moment the cry goes up, "Haul away!" and together they each take their chosen place and slowly haul the net towards the shore. It is a good catch and the fishermen sing their songs of praise

Children, the net is of my making. Although the breaks and frays are not of my making, I am repairing them. I want the net to be perfect, for the catch will be great and I want none to be lost.

The fishermen are those I am calling. I have been busy. While others lounge and sleep, I have been training my crew. People from every walk of life, people from every nation under heaven, male and female, young and old, academics and practical people together. My crew listen to my voice and await my command. When I call, "Haul away." I want the crew to haul as one man, each in his appointed place, exactly as I have taught him, all working together.

Not all of the catch will come in on the first haul! Indeed the net will have to be cast many times each night and day for all to be gathered in, but just as the fisherman get a thrill each time they haul a full net, so my fishers will also feel the thrill I feel, as souls are gathered into my Father's house. But there will be more than just the thrill of the catch. There will be the joy of fellowship, working together for the furthering of the Kingdom of God.

Lift up your voices and sing praises to the Lord, for He is great and worthy to be praised.

Listen, What do you Hear?

Me: Good morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning and for this new day. Thank you for allowing me to join you as you walked this morning and for sharing your word with me. I love you Lord.

Lord: Good morning son, thank you for your company this morning. It's good to have you walk with me. I love these times in the morning, as I know you do.

Listen to the rain and the sound of the wind. What do you hear?

Me: Lord I hear the sound like a great cry of victory that wafts on the wind. The rain sounds like the tramping of many people. and then it stops!

Lord: What you hear is the result of the victory I have won over the Evil One. The redeemed cry out with a mighty cry of victory, a shout of praise as the battle is won. On the sound of the rain, you hear the feet of those who have been held captive, as they come before the cross of Jesus and lay their burdens there. As they kneel before the cross all is silent, as the wave of love flows over them.

The battle for hearts is now in full swing. For many years the enemy has confused and blinded even the most scholarly of men and women. But the day is approaching, when even those who most firmly believe the Evil One's lies, will see the light of truth. In that day I will command all my servants to speak my words, and they will prophecy all at once, and the eyes of the blind will be opened and the ears of the deaf unstopped. On that day the lies of the enemy will evaporate like a morning mist and be no more.

Seek my face and learn the truth from me. Was it not I who formed all things out of nothing, by speaking the Word? I also speak the Word in this day, and sustain all that I have made. The Evil One does not create truth, or even acknowledge the truth. His lies cause only destruction and chaos, destroying lives and spreading like the fall of a row of dominos.

The ministry of my Church is to help each one of the fallen to stand again. Do not be distracted my children, by the desire to build, beautify or maintain, the buildings and structures of the 'church'. Concentrate only upon the task I have set before you, the spreading of the Good News of Jesus, and the care of the poor and the oppressed.

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in Heaven. Matthew 5:16

Abba, Father!

Me: Good morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning and for this new day with all its promise. Please help me Lord to stay in the centre of your will this day and to do and say what is pleasing to you. I love you Lord.

Jesus: Good morning Martin. Thank you for your company this morning and for your conversation. Please continue to pour your heart out to me, so that I can show you my love. So many people today are too inhibited to show me their heart. This is because they are encouraged to be self sufficient. It's all a part of the 'Great I am' culture, where the centre is self and I have been removed from the central position. Allow me back into the centre of your life, to occupy the throne in your heart, and your life will be fulfilled.

One of the common factors in the dramatic conversion is the realisation that you are weak and unable to do anything yourself. It's the realisation that there is only one person to turn to for help and deliverance, and that person is me. I have provided for all your needs once and for all on the Cross of Calvary. Upon that Cross I dealt with all the sin and shame that clings like mud. With my blood, shed on the cross, I wash you clean. I clothe you in a pure clean garment and make you presentable to My Father in Heaven.

Both My Father and I have longed, since the foundation of the earth, for you his children to come freely to me and return home to the Father's house. That is why I love it, and Father loves it, when you pour out your heart to us so freely. It is a sign that you are ready to receive so much the Father has for you.

We long for you to cry out from the heart, 'Daddy'. We want you to run like a delighted child into the outstretched arms of Father, and receive the warm strong hug that only a father can give. Reach out in delight and touch his face. Look and listen as He shows you all that he has made for you. Yes, the Father has made all things for your delight, because He loves you.

Once again Son, I am using speech directed at you, but this is a word for all people everywhere. I speak to all who would come to me and call me 'Daddy'. I speak to all those who are lost, fallen, frightened and alone. Come to me and find comfort, love, provision and a warm embrace. We love you.

Be a Father to your Children

Me: Good morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning and for this new day. Please help me today to stay close to you and to hear what you are saying to me. I love you Lord.

Lord: Good morning Martin. Thank you for joining us this morning. I am always close to you, so I say to you, stay conscious of my presence with you each moment. I love you too.

Today is my day. I want you to be a father to your sons today and bless them both by working with them and teaching them all you can. Father to them today and bless them.

I would that all fathers copy my example and spend time with their children. If fathers would be true fathers then the crime rate would drastically drop, and there would be some very happy men around, both sons and fathers. The art of fathering is a sacred art, and one that must not die out through ignorance. I had to teach Adam how to father his sons, and every father down the ages has needed to be a father to their sons, and will continue to fulfil that role until I draw this present age to a close. Pass on your skills and remember the good things about you father in order to bless the next generation.

Mothers too should pass on good motherhood to their daughters, encourage them in the art of motherhood so that the goodness I have placed in mothers may bless their children.

Just as fathers need to be fathers to their sons and mothers to their daughters, so fathers need to bless their daughters and mothers bless their sons, affirming them in their roles as daughters, sons husbands and wives, and in being who they are, the special unique person I have made them to be.

Young men need to be taught to respect and love the young ladies, and to honour them with with respect they are due as children of God. Young women should honour and respect their young men as made in the image of the creator and as potential head of the household under God.

Grow together into my image, bask in my love and follow in my footsteps. Let me lead you all, and bring you to my holy hill, and to my dwelling place, that, where I am, you may be also. I love you.

You ain't seen nothing yet!

Me:    Good morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning and for this new day. Thank you for the early morning sun, the blue of the sky and the beauty of your creation. I love you Lord.

Lord:    Good morning son. Thank you for joining us this morning and your company on our walk. We love you too.

I want to tell you about things to come. No, not prophecy about future events, not yet anyway. I want to tell you about the place I have prepared for you. Ever since the foundations were laid for the heavens and the earth, I have been preparing a special place, where all my people may dwell in safety and comfort. It is a place very near to the loving heart of my Father, and it is a place where I am also. It is a place where light shines, where there is no darkness at all. The light is not the light of a sun or a moon, but is is the light in my Father's eyes, a light that  sees into all the places he has created. Yes, Heaven is a created place, but not a time-limited place like the earth on which you live. It is a place of discovery and a place of beauty. Colours you never dreamed of and sounds you can never imagine.

It is a place of memory. Yes even the memories of earth and of people you have known, but it's memory soaked in love, so there is no pain in the memory any more.

It's an amazing place that has given us great joy designing for you. Most souls that arrive here find the most amazing part is the fact that you don't have to worry about transport. Movement within Heaven is both natural and instantaneous. Although it is outside the time frame restrictions of Earth the passage of time is experienced, but not as a linear experience. We have made it a natural experience for you. It was, after all, designed with man in mind and my Father knows mankind better than anyone!

Relationships are a speciality of Heaven. There is no fear any more, so meeting people, old friends and even old enemies, carries no threat and no embarrassment.

My Father says that I am the common factor in Heaven! Everyone here is here because of me. There are many here who looked forward to my coming to earth, yet they never saw it in their day, or with their eyes of flesh. There are many here who never knew my name, but responded to me. Many were never 'Christians' as you would recognise the term, but they responded to me and loved me. Many who are here will surprise you, and some may even be surprised to see you here when you arrive! But there is great joy here all the time, as new souls arrive.

There is always praise and worship going on here. Anyone and everyone can join in at any part or time. There is a lot of singing and music, and many who have never had any experience of music find they can make the most wonderful music ever heard.

I said it was a place of discovery. Well, that's a huge understatement! Everything about Heaven is waiting to be discovered and is different for everyone. Whatever your passions or interests, Father has provided for you and will stretch your imagination beyond belief.

All this is just a taster. What I want you be assured of, is that the Father loves you, and I love you too, and we really have prepared a lovely place for you. Stay therefore on the road that leads to life. Take my hand and come with me as I lead you. Do not be afraid. I have a burning desire that all men and women, boys and girls, of every nation and creed should come and live in my Father's mansion. Please help me to show them the way, through My Cross. Show them My love. Tell them your story and be my witnesses. Heaven will be Heaven all over again when you all come home. I love you.

Self Aware- God Aware

Me: Good morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning and for a good night's sleep. Thank you for the song of the birds and for the fresh morning breeze. Thank you for this lovely home and for this special time you have given us. I love you Lord.

Lord: Good morning Martin, thank you for joining us this morning. Mornings have always been beautiful like this one, but mankind in general is so busy seeking ways to make money or mischief, he doesn't spent time in quiet with me and does not hear the heart beat of creation.

I want to talk to you about 'being' this morning. I wasn't created like you for a purpose. I am. I always have been and always will be. I created mankind in my image. Man is self aware, and God aware. When I made man I placed him in a special place, a garden made for him. It is an island in creation, a unique place at the heart of all that I have made. It is a place designed for man to be man.

Self Aware 

I spoke of man being self aware. This is very apparent in western culture today, and you live in an age of 'the great I am'. Man thinks of himself as being at the centre of his world, and everything is about getting, owning and self gratification. Most of these things man seeks after, are an illusion, but they have become so important to him that he pursues them relentlessly, blind to anything else, not realising he is a slave to them. In the end the only truth self awareness will bring, is that man is a slave, unable to gain his freedom. Oh even those who think they have control of their lives and hold sway on the lives of others, are hopelessly lost in slavery. All the material wealth in the world cannot buy them out, and when they perish they will be forgotten for ever.

God Aware

But that is not what I intended when I made man. I also made him God aware. There are two ways of being God aware. The first is to be sufficiently self aware to recognise the God shaped hole in everyone, but to be so in awe and fear, that the God who should fill the hole seems far away and someone to be afraid of. A healthy respect and even fear of me is a good thing, for I am greater and more powerful than man can even begin to imagine. However, I am never far away. I am incredibly near, and I do not need to gleefully keep a list of things man does wrong! Indeed I know very well what man can do and it grieves me. Therefore I long for man to do what is right. It is these things I cling to, not his sin.

The second way to be God aware is to know God through the revelation of His own dear Son, Jesus. It is Jesus that fills the God shaped hole inside every man. The kind of relationship I want every man woman and child to have with Jesus, is the close intimate relationship that we enjoy in the Godhead. It's a family bond, a oneness that runs deeper than just friendship. It's intimate, loving and whole. This relationship is not dependant upon others in that, you don't need intermediaries. However it is a shared relationship, just as the relationships in the Godhead. The Son loves the Father, he also loves the Spirit. The Father loves both the Son and the Spirit, and at the same time the Spirit love both the Son and the Father.

Me: So, as we love Jesus and He loves us, at the same time others love him and he loves them, and because of that, we have a family relationship with each other.

Lord: That's right, Our desire has always been to have a close relationship with the whole of mankind. We are working towards a people who will all know us equally.

Jeremiah 31:34
    No longer will a man teach his neighbour,
    or a man his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD,'
    because they will all know me,
    from the least of them to the greatest,"
    declares the LORD.
    "For I will forgive their wickedness
    and will remember their sins no more."

Lord:  I am not interested in a religious system. I am building a family where all men will know my voice and be able to ask of me without the need of a teacher or advisor.

So you see, 'Being' means being truly 'self aware' and 'God aware'. I want you all to be in me and I in you.

Do the Will of My Father

Me: Good Morning Lord, Thank you for waking me this morning. I Love you Lord.

Lord: I Love you too son, and welcome to the club.

Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Matthew 7:21

This may sound like a harsh word, but it is not a rebuke, rather it is a warning about shallowness, and a half hearted response to me. My son Jesus said this, while talking about how to recognise those who come from me and are filled with the Holy Spirit, and discerning those who are false prophets amongst you. By the fruit that is born out in their lives you will recognise them.

To my prayer warriors I want to say:

Pray for those I am raising up. The evangelists, the prophets and teachers, the pastors and the missionaries. Pray that they will stay close to Jesus, and clearly focused on him. Many of them are young, and as yet untried, and the enemy seeks to divert them with advice from false prophets. Pray my protection around them. And, as I have said before, cover their backs for them, by your faithful and vigilant prayer. Some of you I will call to the front line of battle, against the false prophecies and teachings of those who hearts are not stayed on me, and who, as yet, know not the Lord Jesus, or my will. These are often, not obviously the enemy. Some are leaders in churches, and men and women of learning, who are held in high esteem by the world. Do not pray for their downfall, but for the light I bring, to flood their lives. Pray for their conversion, that they will both hear, and do, My will. Most of them think they are doing my will, but they have shifted their focus from Jesus to theology. Pray my living Word into their darkness.

There are also amongst them wolves, who come as sheep. Pray for discernment to see and recognise them. The enemy is the prince of lies and deceit. Destroy his works by praying in the truth. Even the wolf amongst you is powerless, if his teeth are drawn, and his true nature is revealed!

To My Church I want to say:

In these days I am doing a new work. Just as I led the infant Church of the New Testament out of Jerusalem and into the World, so I want to move you now, out of the security you have known for so long, out of the safety of ritual and liturgy, which have been your kindergarten teaching, out into the adult world, to take Jesus to the people where they are, and talk to people without cloaking your words in religious terminology. When the early Church left Jerusalem and dispersed throughout the world, and when the Celtic missionaries moved out from their homes, to live in foreign lands, they first had to learn the language of the people among whom they lived. They learned their ways and traditions and tried to understand them. Then, and only then, could the Good News of Jesus be communicated in a meaningful way.

Today it is very easy to communicate across the world in an instant with the internet. Yes, I am inspiring men and women to use every possible form of social networking and technology. However, that is only the beginning; the real conversion and growth comes through personal contact. Even Paul, who had a personal encounter with Jesus on the road to Damascus, needed to have the contact, love and support of the Christian fellowship, to bring him sight, and to set him off on the right foot.

To those who are feeling my call upon them, I want to say:

Keep your eyes firmly fixed on my Son Jesus. Build up your relationship with Him. Do not be afraid to commit all your ways to Him, and seek His advice. Remember to do what he says, and follow His direction, before your own. Follow Jesus and do His will and your ways will prosper, then I will use you, for the furthering of my kingdom on earth.

Jesus is the Word of God made flesh. The Bible is also the Word of God for it points to Jesus. Make that written word part of your everyday life. Consume it, chew it, and digest it until it is part of every fibre of your being. Do not be secretive about it, or shy of reading and quoting it, for when the Word becomes a part of you, it is like a razor sharp blade, that can be used to cut through the defences of the most ardent atheist or skeptic. Do not be ashamed of Jesus before men, and he will never let you be put to shame. Let you light shine before men, that they may see the good fruit you bear, and give glory to me, your heavenly Father.

To those whose faith is weak and who feel the burden of life, I want to say:

Rise up, lift your eyes to the heavens and behold the face of Jesus. Look into His eyes and see His love for you, and draw strength. Come to the waters of Life, the Word of God, and drink deeply. Dare to come the the Cross of Calvary, and see in Jesus' feet the cruel nails and the dripping blood. Kiss those feet, that trod the earth to bring you your salvation. Let his shed blood wash away your sin. Lay your burden at the foot of the Cross, and leave it there. It is no longer yours, but His. Die with him on the Cross, and live with him in his risen life. I will show you how, if you will give me time each day. Time for me to speak into the silence of your inner being. Do not ask for anything, except that Jesus fill you with his love. See in your inner eye the door of your heart, and open it to me. Then we will come to you, and make our home with you. Your faith will no longer be weak, but strong, and your burden will be left at the Cross. Be free! Come into the throne room of heaven, and join with the countless multitude, who are for ever singing and dancing in praise and worship, for I will give you life!
