More on Forgiveness

Lord: I want to take you on this morning a little further than yesterday. It is very important that you nurture the concept of forgiveness, and tend it until it blossoms in your life. Forgiveness is a blossom which stays in bloom 24/7 and 365 days a year, if it is treated right and fed. The main problem man has with forgiveness is that guilt gets in the way. Every man, woman and child alive today is guilty of sin, yes even the smallest child is born into sin. But let's stay with those who are old enough to make decisions and map their own life. Because of the repetitive nature of sin, it keeps reoccurring. Man finds it very hard to forgive himself for his own weakness, and therefore reluctant to accept that anyone else could forgive him unconditionally. Because he, in a sense, refuses to forgive himself or accept forgiveness, it is hard for him to have any concept of forgiveness for others.

For this reason I sent Jesus into the world. Jesus is man; he was born of a human woman, exactly the same as every other man in the world, who has ever lived, except Adam. However, Jesus did not have a human father, I am his father, and it was the power of My Holy Spirit that overshadowed Mary so that she could conceive. Jesus showed mankind My loving, forgiving nature. He constantly showed this face to any who were locked into the clutches of sin.

When a young woman was caught in the act of adultery, she was faced with the prospect of being stoned to death. Now, according to their own law, the Jews were required to stone the man as well! But he was conveniently left out of the equation, which shows that this was a set-up, and proves that those who brought her to Jesus were all guilty, if not of sleeping with her themselves, or unconcern for her, and lack of forgiveness.

Jesus did not accuse them in so many words, but he showed them all that they all needed forgiveness, not only for their attitude to the woman, but also for their attitude to him, in trying to catch him out and so condemn him. Without pointing the finger at anyone in particular, He challenges each one of them to search his own heart, and look at his motives for calling for her death. One at a time they silently get up and leave, unable to stand blameless before Him. Finally, when all have left, He turns to the woman, who must have been very frightened and friendless up until that point. Then He, Jesus, who alone could have thrown the first stone, simply says to her, "I don't condemn you either, go and change your life style so as not to sin again." What music to the poor girl's ears.

You do not know the circumstances that led her into adultery, and you don't need to know, for it is not for one sinner to judge another sinner. Judgement is mine alone to give, and I have chosen to be merciful. Through Jesus on the cross, I have forgiven even the men who hammered the nails into his hands and feet. I forgave the thief who, recognising that he was being punished justly for his crimes, turned to Jesus and asked to be remembered before Me, when Jesus came into His kingdom. That honesty was rewarded by total forgiveness. If I can do it, so can you! Forgive those who sin against you, and be slow to condemn, lest you to be convicted and condemned for the sin that besets you.

Children, I love you, and that love include this precious gift of forgiveness, that is made possible by Jesus, dying in your place on the Cross. Love one another as I have loved you.

Forgiveness and My Commandments

Lord: I want to talk to my church about forgiveness this morning, for I know that many are as distressed as I am, with the lack of forgiveness, in the very public eye, and in the media.

There is a modern trend to offer no quarter to anyone who, even once in their life, transgresses the law, and people are today bringing up small offences 20 or 30 years after they were committed, in order to gain money from them. In a Christian country, this sort of behaviour should be balanced by My perspective on things. Let me explain what I mean. I will start by my law.

 

My Law can be summed up in the commandments I gave to Moses. Now six of these ten commandments are the fundamental basis of all laws in both Christian and non Christian societies. For the moment I have passed over the first four, but I will come back to them in a moment.

The last six commandments are agreed upon by most societies around the world as the foundation stones for society. Not all the societies which incorporate them in their legal system derived them from Moses, but from the realisation that stable society requires standards of acceptable behaviour. Respecting and honouring your parents and elders is part of all stable societies where the young are safe and protected and free to learn and grow up into good people. Murder is unacceptable to most, even the most heathen or materialist, societies, and although it is commonplace as societies wander further from me, it is still a basic punishable law offence in all nations. Adultery is considered stealing or cheating, but it is also recognised as a cancer that attacks family life, and the stability of any nation is in its family. Stealing is also socially unacceptable the world over. Even in those nations that embrace communism, and re-distribute wealth, stealing is still a crime against the state. Bearing false witness is effectively lying! Lying leads one away from truth, and although many individuals and societies, wouldn't recognise truth if it reared up and bit them, no one likes to find out that they have been lied to! Coveting is one of the most widespread of all the sins of mankind. Everyone at some time in their life is jealous of someone owning something they don't have. That something may be a material possession like a car, a home or a job, or it may be something less tactile, but nevertheless just as real, like a talent, an education, an opportunity. Coveting anything that belongs to someone else leads to a breaking of all of the commandments or laws that govern society.

The first four commandments are the elements that set My law and commandments above the laws and commandments of the godless. The reason for this is simple; the first four commandments require an acceptance of an authority higher than the authority of man. That authority is Me! Why should I have more authority than the leaders of men? Because I am the Designer and Creator of everything that is. I formed everything in the entire universe and beyond, out of nothing! As the creator, even of the laws of nature, many of which mankind has not even imagined exist, I have absolute power and authority over everything I laid down those laws on tablets of stone for Moses, to create a nation. They were the lowest common denominator of basic rules. Keep the first four, and keeping the next six is much easier. Keep them all and man is living the life I intended him to live.

Now let's look at something which is often overlooked. When I gave the commandments to Moses, I wanted mankind to use a gift I first gave to Adam and Eve. That gift is free-will. I wanted mankind to exercise the gift by accepting the commandments freely, without coercion, to recognise the goodness and rightness of them, and to realise that as they became a single nation, the free adoption of My commandments would enable them to live in peace with one another.

Notice that in the narrative which relates how I gave them to Moses, I do not include a punishment for the breaking of any of the commandments. The nearest I come to a punishment is that I say of those who take my name in vain, that I will not hold them guiltless. I want man to keep these commandments, not out of fear or punishment, but out of love, accepting them as the minimum standard of decent living and of righteousness.

Now, because they are so basic in society, the breaking of any of My commandments, does have consequences, which, if left unchecked lead to human suffering, disease, and the breakdown of family and society. Hence the necessity for some form of reckoning and or punishment. This purges the evil from society, but it must be, and be seen to be, just. Some trespasses are unintentional or accidental, and some seem unavoidable at the time. This is why I have allowed for forgiveness and a means of atonement.

Remorse and sadness, about a breaking of the commandments can and should, lead to repentance. and an acknowledgement of the wrong done; a desire to say sorry and to make restoration. A resolve to never do it again, should lead to forgiveness. on the part of society.

A society which is in any way God-fearing, whether Christian or otherwise, should also accept that what I have forgiven is forgiven for ever! Those who fail to forgive, whether great or small, set themselves up above mankind as some sort of god themselves. In remaining unforgiving of those who have repented, they place themselves in the wrong before me. For if I, as the Creator, and only just judge, have declared someone clean, who can dare to challenge My judgement?

Forgiveness, whether from man or from Me, is a precious gift. When I forgive sins, those sins are forgiven forever, and no amount of fishing can bring them back. When you forgive the sin of anyone who sins against you, they stand forgiven! Yes, I have declared through My beloved son Jesus, that if you forgive the sins of anyone they are forgiven, both on Earth and in Heaven. You may not, after forgiving anyone, bring that sin up again! To do so makes you a liar, and equally as guilty as the one who has sinned against you. Remember that All mankind has sinned, that means even you, and have fallen short of the minimum standard I have set! No one is without sin, and the wages or consequence, of sin is death! Jesus died on the Cross to deal with that death and give all men a way to come back, into the way of righteousness. Once they have been forgiven, they are forgiven, both in the eyes of his fellow sinner and, in My eyes as well. Remember when you accuse others, that there are accusations against you! If you forgive others, then others will forgive you. If I forgive you, then no man may accuse you.

Eat up your Greens!

Me: Good morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning and for this new day. Thank you for your love and goodness to us, and for taking care of all our wants and needs. I love you Lord.

Lord: Good morning son. Thank you for joining us this morning and for focusing of My Word. The Word I have spoken is food for you. Keep feeding on the Word each day.

When you eat a meal, there is often something in the meal that you are not too keen on, but which you eat in order to receive a balanced diet. Often, the foods which people don't like and avoid, are the very bits which keep them strong and healthy. It is much the same with My Word. The parts which are often taken lightly, or even avoided, provide a great deal of nourishment, even in modern situations. The Old Testament is largely neglected as a teaching tool, by a lot of main stream congregations. Individuals also reject 90% of the Old Testament as irrelevant to modern living, and therefore do not read it.

Even on a secular level the Jewish Scriptures are dismissed by historians, scientists and thinkers alike, purely because of their 'religious' setting. Take for example the account of the Global Flood or the Exodus. Secular historians are far more likely to read and take notice of the writings of secular people. Yet, time and again, I am allowing discoveries to be made, which reinforce and back up My Word, which is truth!

But aside from the secular world of unbelief, My people, who are called by My name, are also abandoning My Word, because it doesn't fit comfortably with their current world view. To you I say, Return to the Lord your God, and seek My forgiveness for the casting aside of My Word. Treat My Word as a balanced meal. There will be parts of the meal that you find difficult to digest, but, 'Eat up your greens, they will do you good!' Remember how, as a child, you used to let the greens slip down your throat, without chewing them, so you didn't have to taste them! Well, they still did you good in the long run. So with My Word. Take both the Old and the New Testaments and consume them. Do not pass judgement on them, until the Word has done its work. Over time the goodness and truth in the Word seeps out and nourishes the body, so that, when you need the truth, or you need a foundation for what you think you believe, My Word is there in your innermost being, to give you the support and truth you need.

The other way to feed on the Word is to chew it over and allow the goodness and the flavour to come out like honey in the mouth. Sometimes this can be difficult, but I am always here, and ready to help you. All you need to do is ask.

While the children of Israel wandered in the wilderness for forty years, I fed them on manna from Heaven. I have provided for My Church the same sort of provision, with the written Word, the Bible. Those who rely on it and feast on it never find it wanting, while those who reject it, or only pick at it are always hungry.

Do not be confused by clever theological comments, or blinded by the remarks of 'eminent' scholars. Always start by taking My Word at face value. Just eat it. You see it wasn't written as a puzzle or code. I did not hide the truth from you. It doesn't need a priest or a theologian to unravel the truth for you. It requires only for you to sit at a table and consume it like a good meal. To be able to digest your food, you don't have to be a doctor or understand all the processes of digestion. Your body knows what to do with the food and you can get on with life. So it is with My Word. Consume it and allow your spirit to be nourished. Just as you accept, by experience, that your food is good for you, so begin to accept that the Word is truth and food for you. As you consume it regularly you will soon discover by experience that the Word IS truth and IS good for you. I love you and therefore would not prescribe for you anything less than the best!

Heal My People

Me: Good morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning and for this new and beautiful day. I love you Lord.

Lord: Good morning son. Thank you for joining us this morning and for your company and conversation. We love talking to you in the morning, and still have much to teach you!

Me: Lord, what has happened to the gifts of healing that featured so prominently in the many revivals down the centuries, and was so much a part of the New Testament Church? Lord I would love to be used more in this gift!

Lord: Son, I am healing people all the time and have done so since the earliest days. I built into man's body the ability to repair all the damage done by disease and injury, and the ability to adapt and counter the effects of pollution and deliberate, self-inflicted damage, such as smoking and drinking. The main problem today is the sheer volume of abuse, causing the body's defences to require reinforcements. However, whatever reinforcements are sent, they will not overcome the level of continued abuse. For example, once smoking or drinking has done the preliminary damage, the resulting escalation of damage is far greater than the natural repair processes can cope with. The only way to arrest the decline naturally, is to first stop the abuse, smoking or drinking, and then a concentrated course of healing treatments, to reinforce the body's natural resources. That's natural healing!

The second issue is that of mindset. Modern teaching is very influential in preventing people from asking me for help! Evolutionary ideas have undermined the basic belief, that God can heal. It has done this very subtly, by teaching that the basic truths of the Bible have been surpassed by science, which clearly shows that there is no supernatural power at work in the world today. It constantly affirms that the only help mankind has against sickness and disease, is through modern chemical-controlled medicine. This has been reinforced by the huge investment in the pharmaceutical industry, which is not controlled by a desire to heal, but by money. This is especially true in the States, but is equally true in Europe. While the doctors and the patients look first to drug-dominated science, there is no place for seeking other answers. Alas, the church is equally guilty in falling for this, and has abandoned my command to the disciples, to go into all the world and heal the sick, and raise the dead.

Today the sick only turn to me, when it is obvious that modern chemical and drug therapy has failed, and they are sent 'home to die!' There is also a great deal of teaching in the church, that it is right and proper to listen to the doctor first, because science and medicine know best! This is the same in so many fields, not just health and medicine. It is all part of the sin of Adam, in choosing to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. If he had only waited for Me, and not disobeyed my command I would have completed his education and shown him how to live and stay healthy!

To be effective in healing and wholeness today, as in any age, you must first have a relationship with Me. I am the Designer and Creator of everything that is made. When something goes wrong with the body, for any reason whatsoever, I know its cause and I know its remedy. I do not, and never have, kept the information to myself. It is not a secret and it should not, and cannot be, patented.

Therefore, step one is to still yourself before Me and seek My face. This requires you to switch your thinking from the left-side of your brain to the right-side, from the reasoned to the intuitive, from the world-conscious to the spiritually-conscious.

Wait there and let me fill your mind with My thoughts and My images, and let Me guide your thinking. As my thoughts fill your mind, they will wash out the clutter of worldly thoughts and ideas and open a channel for My power to flow through you, into the one who needs healing.

My Son told his disciples, "Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father." John 14:12. Therefore you must be ready to do the things that Jesus did, and be open to do even more, not in your own strength, but in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Sometimes through the Spirit, I will direct you to say something profound and to the point. Jesus said to the man, “Take heart, son; your sins are forgiven.” Matthew 9.

Sometimes I will direct you to a specific action. When he had thus spoken, He spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and He anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay... John 9

Sometimes you must seek out those I direct you to. Some time later, Jesus went up to Jerusalem for a feast of the Jews. Now there is in Jerusalem near the Sheep Gate a pool, which in Aramaic is called Bethesda and which is surrounded by five covered colonnades. Here a great number of disabled people used to lie- the blind, the lame, the paralysed. One who was there had been an invalid for thirty-eight years. When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, Do you want to get well? Sir, the invalid replied, I have no-one to help me into the pool when the water is stirred. While I am trying to get in, someone else goes down ahead of me. Then Jesus said to him, Get up! Pick up your mat and walk. At once the man was cured; he picked up his mat and walked. John 5.

Sometimes you will find that they will seek you out! And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment: For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole. But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour. Matthew 9.

My Son did not tell you to say to the sick, "Oh, I had better go away and think about this one; I don't want you to be disappointed." Nor did he say, "I can't pray for you because you haven't repented or are not good enough." Jesus did His work of love, and added the conditions afterwards. For example, the woman caught in the act of adultery could have been stoned to death, for the Law condemned her. However Jesus confounded her accusers.“Then neither do I condemn you,” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.” John 8:11.

The last example I have given you points to the next thing you should know about healing. My divine healing encompasses, not only physical diseases and injuries, but also healing of the mind, the soul, and the situation. Man is trapped by many things, of which illness injury and disease are the most obvious. Many are ailed by a world view, an attitude, a state of mind, their hurts as a child and the sins of their fathers and mothers. All kinds of negative experiences can cause sickness, of both the body and the mind. No scan of the brain or body will reveal it, but it is as real as a stab in the back!

Many a traumatic event such as a betrayal by a loved one, a divorce, a rape, even a car accident, can cause the onset of cancer. Many medical people will acknowledge this, and even probe to find the cause, but few will begin by dealing with that hurt. The reason for this is that it is a spiritual need. Only love and forgiveness can even begin to heal that hurt, and both come from Me! Divorcing the spiritual life from the physical life is to deny healing. Both should be operating as one.

As one who wishes to become a channel of healing, you will need to be sensitive to all aspects of healing, and be ready to follow the leadings I give you, as you still yourself before me, and tune into my spiritual awareness.

The final area I want to deal with today is touch. Jesus used the laying on of hands frequently. It is a very important part of healing. First however, I want you to let go of any thought that one person transfers the healing across to another, like some sort of magic. Yes, there is a spiritual energy that is shared, as people join together through touch. It is called blessing and goes back to the first days of Genesis. I blessed all that I made, saying, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the Earth." I touched creation with life. This blessing was passed from Adam to his sons, and from them to the next generation and so on down to the present age. I doesn't happen formally so much today, but fathers and mothers today still pass on to their children blessings and curses. I want them to only pass on the blessings. Blessing your children is a touch experience, for a child knows it is loved when its own father or mother holds it tight.

Because there have been so many curses passed down from generation to generation, there are many today who have never felt that warmth of knowing they are loved. Many of man's ailments and diseases are a result of a lack of love. It is therefore important that love is demonstrated through touch. Holding someone's hand across the table as they cry, speaks thousands of words. Standing behind someone in pain and gently touching their shoulder is a powerful way of sharing their pain.

But touch has another purpose, and that is to focus the healing flow from Me, to the sick person. Let Me show you, for each person, where and when to touch them. Always do so prayerfully and respectfully, for what you will for that person is the blessing or the curse that you pass on to them.

If the sick person can be still in body and mind before Me, it certainly helps, but it is not essential. Their state of mind is part of the healing, so let me lead you, and deal with all aspects.

Son, always be aware that there are occasions when I say, "No," to you healing someone. This is not because I do not love them or want them to receive from me, but I know best, when is the right moment and what are the right circumstances, and who I want to use to deliver the healing! It is however, always right for you to bless!

There is a whole area of healing I have not touched today, that of deliverance healing, those occasions, when demons and possession are involved. These I will deal with in detail, on another occasion. I am calling my people to be involved in My ministry of healing and deliverance today. I am calling them to bring My Kingdom into the world, to dispel the darkness of unbelief. I am calling you all to bless and not to curse. I love you.

For You, My Beloved

Me: Good morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning and for this new day. Thank you for allowing me to walk with you and for all that you have said and shown me. I love you Lord.

Lord: Good morning son, welcome to the club this morning. Thank you for your company. We love to walk and talk with you because we love you.

Reach out and touch me my Child, do not hold back any more. Bring all the pains and sorrows to me and let me heal you. I have looked, and I see your situation. I have listened, and have heard the cry of your heart. Your prayers have ascended to me and I have heard your petition.

I love you and have a purpose for your life. I have dispatched a blessing for you, to lift you and restore you. Keep Jesus before you and wait for Him. listen and hear His word to you and shut out the other babblings of the world, the flesh and the devil.

Lay all your burdens at the foot of the cross of Jesus and leave then there. Yes, leave them there! Do not take them up again, for they will surely bring you down again. Rise up and clothe yourself in the forgiveness that Jesus holds out to you like a garment. Wrap yourself around and cover your nakedness with the righteousness that He gives you. Renew your mind with the words I have given you in Holy Scripture, and feed on the bread that I give you.

Renew your strength and rise up. Place your hand in the hand of the one who stills the water. and let His peace wash over you and soothe your soul. Stand under the waterfall of My most Holy Spirit and let Him wash you as clean and pure as you were made to be. Come to me and let me fill you with my love and make you new, for you are mine and I love you.

Me: Thank you Lord, Let your word go forth and be a blessing to those who are in need of you. Help us all to be channels of your peace and healing today, and help us to bless those around us.

Lord: Speak your blessing today, stretch out your hands and pray, for your prayers are not limited by knowledge or distance, but are carried on the wings of love. Love one another, as I have loved you!

A Net over the British Isles

Me: Good morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning and for giving me this new day. Thank you for your love and encouragement and for all the blessings you pour upon us. I love you Lord.

Lord: Good morning son. Thank you for joining us this morning and for walking and talking with us. We love you too.

In these days I am casting my net over all of the British Isles. I have already established fellowships and prayer groups, and have called individuals to pray. I now want these prayer cells, wherever they are, to be aware of each other and to link hands with others as they pray. Each cell is like the knots in the net and each linked hand is a part of the web that makes the net. Close up the holes and establish the links. Do not worry about statements of faith, or likeness of doctrine. I am interested only in my Church becoming an effective net, to draw in the catch and fill the Kingdom. All these cells I am speaking about, love my son Jesus, and are themselves called by His name. Every group has a story to tell of how I work with them. Their stories are as diverse as the number of groups. No two are the same, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Focus on Jesus, pray for the Nation, confess and repent, and receive the forgiveness I give. Lay aside your differences, and offer praise and worship as one. Encourage one another with your faith story, and share with each other all that I am teaching you. Open your hearts to the Holy Spirit and allow Him to develop the gifts I am giving you.

I know you are all busy! I know that some of you feel under pressure, but make time in each day for me. Allow me to start the day for you by topping up your tank, as you pray and read My word. Satisfy your hunger as you spend time with me, and I will fill you with all the gifts you need for each day. Do not be afraid to speak of me to others, for I am putting a hunger in the hearts of many people today, a hunger that needs satisfying now.

For those at University I say this: In all your studies and research, keep a humble approach in all things. Learn what you can, while that avenue is open to you. In all your work remember me, and call upon me to guide and teach you. Let me show you the wonders of the world, and see it all  through my eyes! Whatever your field of study and research, know this: I am you ultimate authority. I know far more than even the most learned experts. Stay close to me and let me teach you and use you, for I have a purpose for you, and have placed you where you are, to glorify me.

To all I say; lift up your eyes from your busy-ness and labours. Lift up your eyes and behold the new day that is dawning. It is the day I have made and in this day I purpose many things. Rise up, men and women of God. Rise up and move forward for the Kingdom. Take up your lantern and shine like a beacon. Clothe yourself with the whole armour of God, move forward as one to destroy the works of darkness and establish the Kingdom of Light. Stand in the Name of Jesus, and let you battle cry be "Jesus is Lord". At that cry, demons and spirits tremble and flee. Jesus is Lord!

I say to You

Me: Good morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning and for this new day. Thank you Lord for a good night's sleep, and a refreshing walk with you. I love you Lord.

Lord: Good morning Martin. Thank you for your company this morning and for spending time with us. We always enjoy your company. I love you too.

Take your pen, and write all the words that I give you, and do not be afraid, or over awed, by the things that I say to you. Remember that I command, and my word is law!

To the Young

I am speaking to the young ones who have committed their lives to me. Rise up, men and women of God. Do not be afraid to speak out the truth, that has been revealed to you through the Holy Spirit. Older men will speak out against you and try to silence you, but their words are as empty as their heads. Base your truth on the Holy Scripture, my word. Use my word as your starting point in all debate and research. Do not let yourselves be drawn by empty theories and arguments that exclude me, for they all lead down blind alleys.

Use all the vigour I have given you in your youth, to pursue truth, and discover all the things that have laid hidden from men since the fall of Adam. Follow the leadings I shall give you, and walk in the way of righteousness and truth. Love one another and uphold each other, as together you work for the Kingdom of Heaven.

Those of you who are feeling the call to be evangelists, know this: In every age, those who I call are young and still have the energy of youth. Be bold, be strong, and use the energy I have given you, as you speak the words I shall give you each time you open your mouth for me. Do not let anyone despise your youth, nor be discouraged, but continue to speak the words that I give you. Remember that I am standing by you, and I am in every word that I give you.

There are others among you, whom I am calling to support and encourage, to pastor and to nurture. Again I say to you, do not let any despise your youth, or try to discourage you, by saying you have no experience of being a pastor. Let me give you that experience, and guide you to do all the things I am calling you to do.

To all of you I say: Stay close to me, and spend time with me. Read and digest my word in scripture. Do not be selective, but read and mark every word, for all scripture is given for your learning and edification. Listen to the still small voice as I speak to you in the silence, and be prepared, for when I speak to you it will be words of knowledge, wisdom, and prophecy. Use the gifts that I have provided through the Spirit, and clothe yourselves in the armour I provide. I am with you, now and always. Come, let us go out, claim the Kingdom, and proclaim Jesus is Lord!

To the Older ones

I am speaking now, to those who are past the first flush of youth. I want you to rise up from your comfortable chair! Take to the walls of the city, and watch. Use all the wisdom, and knowledge I have given you, as you watch, wait, and listen. Look at the state of the city, and the mess that is in people's lives. Look at the corruption, and the injustices, that have been brought about by greed. You may not feel that they are your fault, and may even feel indignant as you look upon them, but I want you to repent for your city, repent for your nation, repent for the sin of the world. I call on you to do this, because those who have caused this mess, or who live entrenched in their lives of sin, cannot yet repent themselves. Through your prayers of repentance, I will cause a wave of repentance, to sweep through the nations. That wave will carry others with it, and like a tsunami, will gather momentum, until it has washed all things clean.

Encourage the young men and women, who now carry the torch of faith. Pray for them and support them in every way. Correct them in all gentleness if they stray, and do not criticise them, for they speak as I command them. Bless those around you, and support my children, as they discover their ministry and place, in the church I have created, and in the Kingdom I have established.

To All I say: Love one another, as I have loved you!

Which way Lord?

Me: Good morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning and for this new day, Thank you for the clear shy and the brilliant stars, and the moon that gives me light to walk the dark path. Thank you for your company and your guidance. I love you Lord.

Lord: Good morning son, welcome to the club this morning. I'm so glad you liked the celestial show I laid on for you this morning. Though the path may be dark, if you always walk with me I shall be a light for you to see and a lantern for your feet. Trust me.

Martin, this time each morning walking with me and spending it in conversation, is very important both for you, for me, and for others as well. I would that all my children would spent a good time with me, uninterrupted and in constant communion with me. Not only do you benefit from this time, but all those for whom you pray benefit as well! I hear all your prayers as you ask them, and you have time to hear my replies. Encourage others to spend time with me.

As you walk with me and begin to rely on me for all your needs, you will begin to see me work in new and wonderful ways. As you encounter forks in the road you are walking, ask me to show you which way to walk. As you meet with opposition, ask me for words to say. As you meet with difficulties, commit each one to me, and let me do the sorting. Let your prayer always be, "Which way Lord?" or "What should I do now Lord?" Then listen, as I instruct you.

If you look at the examples of this in the Bible, you will see that I often said things like, "Assemble and do nothing!" or "Watch me work." Then, as the people watched, I have given them the victory without their needing to lift one hand! Sometimes, indeed often, I will tell you what action to take, and then you will move forward in power. But remember always, the power is mine, not yours, and the action you take is at my command. All glory must be given to me. I am the Lord who guides you. I am the Lord your strength.

I know, and I understand your weaknesses, but it is when you are weak that I am strong. It is when you are low or cast down that I can raise you up. When I raise you up, you can be a strength to the weak and an encouragement to those who are cast down. Remember always that one encouraging word, offered in love, can change a life and save a soul.

Always speak in love, never in hate. Give all your anger to me, and let my love take over and heal the hole that is left. Always be ready to forgive, just as you have, in Jesus, been forgiven. Keep your eyes fixed on me and seek always the Kingdom of Heaven. That is your destination and the place to which I am leading you. A place near to my heart. A place I have prepared for all those who love me. A place where you will be near to me and those whom you love and where you will feel at home. I love you.

I will never leave you

Me: Good morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning, and for this new day. Thank you for the many blessings you have showered on me and for the love you have shown me. I love you Lord.

Lord: Good morning Martin. Thank you for joining us this morning and for your company and your love. We love you too.

I am with you always, even to the end of time. I never abandon what I have started, neither do I leave those whom I have made to fend for themselves. Never think that God has abandoned you, for I am always close at hand and hear the cry of all my people, even of those those who are deaf to me. You never need to be afraid or hesitant to tell people I love them, or to assure them that I hear every prayer they utter. Let it be known in all the world that I am interested in the lives of everyone, yes everyone.

I am seeking even those who society has rejected. I work in the slums of the world. I work in the prisons and hospitals. I am in all the dark places and even in the deepest pit. I stand alongside those who do not yet know me, and I am with those who think they have no need of me, because I love them all with an everlasting and overwhelming love.

I am also with those who are accepted by society and those who are in positions of power and authority. I am with those who abuse power. I don't approve of what they do, and often I stay their hand. I wait for the day they break and turn to me.

When I bring financial collapse on nations, companies and individuals, it is not because I have abandoned them, but because I love them and want them to place their trust in me and not in their wealth or their goods. If my people whom I love will repent of their sins and turn to me, I will turn to them and lift them up and heal their land.

Pray to me for your land. Pray for the politicians I have given you. Pray for the gift of wisdom and understanding for those in authority. Pray for my people that they will rise up, and proclaim boldly the message I have entrusted to them. Pray for for those who oppose me and think they can turn men from me, that they will be humbled, and themselves cry out to me for help.

Pray for those in leadership in the established churches and organised religions. Pray that they will turn to me and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and turn their backs on the other so-called gospels the churches have imposed upon their people. The only building I want as a temple is the human soul, and the only Gospel I want preached is Jesus Christ risen from the dead for the forgiveness of all sin.

As the movement of the Holy Spirit moves across this land and indeed the whole world, the only word that will have any effect on people's lives is 'Jesus'. It is in the name of Jesus that the word is preached. It is in the name of Jesus that men and women are healed. It is in the name of Jesus that I forgive sins, and it is in the name of Jesus that I will draw all men into the Kingdom of Heaven. No other name will work. No other gospel is valid. Jesus is my Son whom I love. Listen to him.

GRACE

Me:    Good morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning and for this new day, Thank you for our walk this morning and for the most beautiful of dawns. I love you Lord.

Lord:  Good morning son. Thank you for your company and your love. I love you too.

Don't be upset the silver jubilee of your priesting should pass un-noticed, and unmarked. I notice these things and it was I who brought it to your attention. It is not important that man should notice these things, only that I, who knows the heart of man, and the pain that those 25 years brought, should mark them. I have noted them in the annals of life!

There is no deed of man that goes un-noted, whether it is an act of kindness or a deed of hate, and in the long term every deed is rewarded by me with the reward it deserves. Sometimes the reward is seen inside the earthly lifespan of the individual, but often, very often, the rewards come later before my Father in heaven. Many times David, and others, bemoaned the fact that the wicked seem to go unpunished. This certainly appears to be the case from the human perspective, but from the heavenly viewpoint things look very different. I always give the sinner an opportunity to repent and the victim a chance to forgive. Don't question that, for only I know what goes on in the heart of man, and what an eternity can pass in a microsecond of time. The evil one would like to have all mankind die in sin, unforgiven and full of hatred. If he could achieve that he would deem that I have failed and that the creation of man was a disaster. However he does not succeed, and countless thousands give their hearts to me, and repent of the evil they have done.

The work of the Christian is to destroy the works of Satan, and that is best done by using My name, the name of Jesus, to set the captives free, to heal the sick and the oppressed, and to proclaim the liberty and freedom I offer. Sin locks people in a dark bubble that isolates and depresses them. Forgiveness bursts that bubble and sets them free and back into the light of love. Forgive those who sin against you and pray for those who are locked in the chains of sin and wickedness. The really good news is that my forgiveness has no conditions attached and is available to anyone who dares to call upon my name. It is by grace, and grace alone that mankind is saved. No organisation or individual has any right whatsoever to put either charge or conditions upon forgiveness. It is my free gift. God's Riches At Christ's Expense.

Repentance and Forgiveness

Me:    Good morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning and for forgiving me my sins, which I confess before you. Lord I love you and I don't want to sin, so thank you for always being there for me, to forgive me. I love you Lord.

Lord:    Good morning son. Stay close to me and let my forgiveness envelope you. The only answer to sin is Jesus. Walk with him and be always seeking to be like him and leave the sin to me.

It's sin and forgiveness I want to talk about with you today. All of mankind is born into, and steeped in, sin. It is a fact of life that none can escape. For a long time in history mankind did what seemed good to him, without reference to me, including the people I had chosen for my own. As you read their history you see how they oscillated between those who did what was right, and those who did what was evil. While I did notice and deal with individuals, both good and bad, I dealt mainly with 'the nation', the wider group. Unfortunately the people did not listen to me and interpreted their selection as a nation wrongly and put themselves above the Law I had laid down. This putting yourself above the law soon means that even the law maker is put aside, and the people forgot me, and all I had done for them.

The only way to bring them back was to knock their feet from under them, so they fell. For generations they had been a wandering people with no land to call their own. I gave them their land on condition they followed me. When they went their own way and refused to heed my call through the prophets, I took away their land and once again they were a landless people, first of all living on the land that I had given them, but paying from their produce to foreign kings and rulers, then being taken from the land and planted in a strange place. It took them nearly 80 years to turn back to me and cry out in their distress. The problem was now that they were so paranoid about turning away again and losing what they had regained, that they cloaked the law I gave them, which should have given them freedom, with petty rules and regulation that bound the people in a new kind of bondage. But all this did not deal with man's tendency to sin. What could I do?

I had long planned to send my Son, and this is what I did; Jesus came and turned the hearts of ordinary individuals back to me. He was not dealing with nations or even tribes, but with the individual. The great appeal of the Good News was that it offered a once-for-all-time solution to the age-old problem of sin. For the first time in their history, the people were not dependent on their kings and leaders or even the religious leaders to repent on their behalf. Every man, woman and child could come to Jesus and receive forgiveness, know the love of God for themselves and be set free. No wonder the early believers were full of joy!

This was once again spoilt by institutionalising the Church, making it the religion of the empire and forcing its laws, most of which were totally man made and nothing to do with me, upon a people who just wanted to choose Jesus for themselves and live their lives without interference from others. Once again the 'Way to God' had been hijacked and the people who wanted to walk the way had been enslaved. Sin abounds under these conditions.

I continued to work among my people, setting many free. I even worked through institutions at times, until the leaders or godless men realised that congregations were being set free. In every generation I have provided revivals, renewals and have raised up prophets and teachers, many of whom were persecuted and even killed, just like the prophets of old. However, even through the worst times of persecution I have kept the truth alive and have kept a remnant. Because I am dealing with individuals and not whole nations' I have often been tempted to abandon nations to their own sin. But in your day I am calling my Church, the individuals I have saved through My Son Jesus, to pray for the nations. Yes, to come before me and confess the sins of kings, governments and nations, because I have already made a promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14, that:

'If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.'(NIV)

That is a two-part promise, a covenant. The first part is yours:

'If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways...'

The second part is mine:

'...then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.'

I am now calling my people, the Church, those who know and love the Lord Jesus Christ, to 'humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways...' I am also asking them to pray for their leaders and the nations, because their leaders and the nations are not yet ready to humble themselves before me. Pray, believing that as you pray, I will work in your land. I promise that I will hear your prayer and I will forgive their sins and heal their land, your sins and your land.

The authority I have given to Jesus as My beloved Son, is still very firmly in His hands. No man, or ruler, or nation, can take that away from Him. All mankind is answerable to Him. Christian, Jew, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, and all in the other religions, even the atheist and the pagan are answerable to Him, because I have declared it so.

So, let all the individuals that are saved by the blood of Jesus stand together and pray for their leaders and their nations. Let them confess, and turn their backs to sin and wickedness, and I will forgive them and heal their land.

Me: Good Morning Lord, Thank you for waking me this morning and for allowing me to be a part of you 5 o'clock club. I love you Lord. Help me to love you more.

Lord: Good morning Son. Welcome to our gathering this bright and cold morning. I love you too my son, and I treasure these times with you, when we can talk. But first let us love one another.

Lift up you head and open your eyes that you may behold my Son. So often Jesus stands with you, and you do not recognise him. After the resurrection Jesus came to his disciples many times, and many times they found it hard to overcome reason and unbelief. Reason told them people just don't rise from the dead, and unbelief dragged them down to the level of reason by saying, "Unless I see and touch, I will not believe". Jesus had risen from the dead, because I am the Lord of Life. Jesus is a part of me, and death has no dominion over me. But it was necessary for Jesus to die, in order to take all the sin of Adam to the grave and enable mankind to be restored to me. The only way for this to happen was for me to take the sin away myself. Mankind could not let it go himself.

The same is still true today. Man cannot atone for his own sin, and is therefore sentenced to death for crimes against God. But there is a way out. Jesus! When Jesus went to the cross 2,000 years ago, he went once and for all time. Even 2,000 years later the children of men can still call on the Lord Jesus for help, and His gift to them is salvation. There is no other way to save yourself from the death sentence. No one, however rich or powerful, can escape the angel of death without Jesus. This is the message of the gospel. It must not be watered down, or compromised in any way. This message is life to those who hear and accept it, and death to those who reject it.

The desire of My heart, is that all men, women and children, come to accept this truth. The reality is that I have given mankind the ability and the free-will to say no. The enemy has a persuasive voice and seeks always to turn people from the path of salvation. He whispers into the ears of the unwary, and tells them that they can earn their way into my favour, through good deeds and being a nice person. But I tell you the truth when I say, there have been countless 'nice' people who have rejected Jesus who now lie for eternity in the dust. That grieves me, for Jesus died for all men and women in every age.

I call my church anew to preach the Gospel of Jesus, and not to preach any distortion of it. I call my church to seek out the lost and lead them to Jesus. This is not just the work and calling of ministers and evangelists; this is the calling of every believer. Let the testimony of Jesus be on your lips every day, as you share Him with all those you meet. Do not listen to those who will say to you, it is not politically correct to put people under pressure. If that is what people need to hear, and it is, then the message must be shared. In every revival there are those who struggle and fight against my Spirit, but all will say it was worth the struggle, to come through to full salvation. There are still too many people in this so called Christian country outside my Kingdom, and that is unacceptable. For this reason I am going to break down the barriers the churches have made, which they self righteously call doctrinal differences, and I am going to call out my true church. The days are past when Christians say I am an Anglican, a Baptist, a Catholic or anything else. Those who love me and have received the Lord Jesus must stand together and proclaim with one voice, the truth of the Gospel without compromise. Then you will see not hundreds or thousands, but tens of thousands and even millions turning to me and receiving the salvation of the Cross.

Catch my vision, my children. Catch the vision, grasp it and hold it. Keep it always before you and thank me for it every day. The vision is the Gates of Heaven with a countless mass of people pouring into the kingdom, and as they pass through, a great shout is heard and all the earth is shaken. The people are of every race and tribe on earth, and come from every possible religion and none. The reason why they are entering through the sacred gates is simple. Each of them has heard about the saving grace of God through the cross, and have received the message with joy, and received Jesus into their hearts. No one who acknowledges from their heart, that Jesus Christ is Lord, will be left outside.

Gather around the Throne of God

Me: Good Morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning and for giving me this day. I love you and I worship you this morning for you are great in all the world.

Lord: Thank you son, good morning, I love you too, and I have been looking forward to this time with you. Relax in me for I have things to say.

Jesus: My disciples got confused when I talked about 'a little while' and wanted to pin me down to a calendar date. I don't want you to be confused or to worry about dates and times. The exact timing is in the hands of my Father, who controls all things. However, I can and will tell you this: the time has come for my followers to be mobilised. The time for sitting around in 'holy huddles' is past, and now is the time for each member of the body to draw near to the Father and learn from Him.

No one needs to worry about drawing close to the Father, for you can draw near in my name! What does that mean?

It means that you come to me first, and receive all I am offering you - forgiveness, cleansing, healing  and salvation. You effectively die on the cross with me, by handing over your burdens of sin and self. Acknowledge to me that you are not the centre of the universe, and allow me to sit on the throne in the centre of your heart. Receiving me into your heart and allowing me to sit on the throne, means that when you stand in the throne room of the Father, he sees not your sins, but the righteous cloak I have covered you with, my blood. Sin cannot enter into the throne room of God, which is proof for you, should you need it, that as you enter, all sin has been forgiven and washed away in my blood. So draw near to the Father and learn from Him.

As children, Martin, all five of you, used to gather round your father on a Sunday afternoon, and the little ones would sit on his knee or snuggle up to him, and he would tell you stories about his childhood. They were precious times, and many of the stories and instances he told you, have stayed with you all your life. Your heavenly Father wants all his children to gather round him and let him tell you of things that were, things that are, and of things to come. As you have already begun to discover in these early meetings, he wants to enter into every aspect of you life. He is in the fun, the humour, the joy, the pain, the laughter and the seriousness. He wants you to be aware of him as you work and as you play. He delights in the things you delight in, and he is ready to cry with you.

I said he wants ALL his children to gather round. All means ALL, not just those who think they are in charge, or those with up front ministries. It means all, from the oldest to the youngest even those who have just turned from their evil ways, and walked into the Holy of Holies for the first time. Once you are washed in my blood, the door of the inner room stands open, and there is a warm and enthusiastic welcome. So, I urge all my people to come to the Father and seek him in my name.

When the Father speaks, He speaks plainly, and He opens up the heart to understanding. He unstops the deaf ears and speaks plainly. He opens blind eyes to see sharply. His gifts for his children are many and varied and are handed out in the Spirit to aid and help you, his beloved family, to know and understand, to see and to work as one with Him. Each gift is wrapped in love and should be used in love for the upbuilding of all God's people.

Lord: Keep Jesus as your centre, each day check he is on the throne, and in all your decisions. As I mobilise the Church into action in these days, I need soldiers with a clear personal close relationship with me. Men and women who are able to hear my immediate message and who are ready to drop one thing, and move to be where I want them. I am about to give a new freedom to talk about me and to proclaim the message of salvation. I want my people to be ready to pray, to speak, to listen and to do, as I lead. I invite you, my beloved people, to ask me directly for the souls of the unsaved. Ask me, and I will pour out on you my good pleasure. Enjoy this time I am moving you into. I shall!

Commit all your ways to the Lord your God, bring all those I lay upon your heart to me in prayer and ask for them. Yearn for my Kingdom to come on earth, long for the unsaved to come in out of the cold. Long for and work towards revival in these days. Then, lift your eyes to the hills and see the salvation of God for this nation and be glad.

In that day you will no longer ask me anything. I tell you the truth, my Father will give you whatever you ask in my name. Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete. Though I have been speaking figuratively, a time is coming when I will no longer use this kind of language but will tell you plainly about my Father. In that day you will ask in my name. I am not saying that I will ask the Father on your behalf. No, the Father himself loves you because you have loved me and have believed that I came from God.

Repent and be saved

Me: Good Morning Lord. Thank you for waking me this morning. I Love You, Lord.

Lord: I Love you my son, I love all men and women everywhere, and I long with a deep yearning, for them to turn from their wicked ways, and repent before me. Sin is the downfall of all mankind, and sin is anything at all that keeps you from me! No one on the planet can be free of sin until they come to Jesus in true repentance.

The wickedness of people in this land grows daily and each day more evil is brought to light. The hearts of peace loving, God fearing people, are appalled at what they see and hear. Britain is a broken and hurting society, it will continue to crumble into decay, until its people turn back to me, and repent of their sins.

No political system of men will reverse this decay, for politics can only deal with symptoms and there are so many symptoms no man knows where to begin. I do not deal with symptoms! I deal with the root cause of the problem, which is simple: Sin!

All have sinned and have fallen short. All have turned their back on me. They have not consulted me or asked for advice. All men and women in the land, think they have to put things right, or find a solution. There is only one solution: Return to the Lord your God and say to him:

Forgive all our sins and receive us graciously,

that we may offer you praise, the fruit of our lips.

We acknowledge that the strength of armies cannot save us,

human alliances cannot save us.

Laws, rules and restrictions cannot save us.

We have no means of transport fast enough

to save us from destruction

and no hole deep enough to hide us.

You O Lord are our only help.

We turn to you and cry out to you;

forgive us our sins and heal our waywardness.

Turn your anger from us.

Send the Holy Spirit to guide us into the paths of righteousness.

In Jesus' Name we ask it.

If my people who are called by my name will repent and turn to me then I will hear their prayer and come and heal their land.

Light up, once again, the fires of prayer in your midst. Turn to me with your whole heart, and pray from the depths of your soul. Nothing is too hard for me, and the desire of my heart is to bring all men everywhere, into my kingdom. It is always right to pray for salvation and conversion. Pray to see whole communities transformed by My Holy Spirit, whole cities set alight with the glorious gospel of Jesus. I will transform your streets, shopping malls, prisons, hospitals, schools, theatres, politics, laws, banking, armed forces. I will create a new society, if my people will turn to me and repent, and seek my face.

Hosea 14:4-9 (NIV)

I will heal their waywardness and love them freely, for my anger has turned away from them. I will be like the dew to Israel; he will blossom like a lily. Like a cedar of Lebanon he will send down his roots; his young shoots will grow. His splendour will be like an olive tree, his fragrance like a cedar of Lebanon. Men will dwell again in his shade. He will flourish like the corn. He will blossom like a vine, and his fame will be like the wine from Lebanon. O Ephraim, what more have I to do with idols? I will answer him and care for him. I am like a green pine tree; your fruitfulness comes from me.

Who is wise? He will realise these things. Who is discerning? He will understand them. The ways of the LORD are right; the righteous walk in them, but the rebellious stumble in them.
